Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer standard and optional expedite (express) shipping for most items, Our product will note optional expedite shipping if available.  Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and selected shipping method. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

3. Shipping Times

  • Standard Shipping: 6 to 7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 4 to 5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2 to 3 business days if offered as a option on product

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

4. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your location. Please check our website or contact us for availability to ship outside of the US and Canada

5. Address Changes**
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible within 1 hours of order submittal. Once an order is in processing or has been shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 2 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, damaged in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Custom or Personalized items cannot be returned. No exceptions.

2. How to Initiate a Return
To return an item such as damage ceramic mugs at delivery,  Apparel item No returns,  contact us at our email: contactus@mugteenook.com receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions. Include the RA number in the return package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Return Process
Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.

4. Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow up to  3-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement as soon a possible.  

6. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
